We want you to feel confident in your purchase and proud to play with your set for years to come. If you believe an item is defective, or if your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
Return Window
Full-price merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, complete and in original packaging.

Products that arrive shrink-wrapped must remain sealed and unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Opened Tile Sets
If the shrink wrap on a tile set has been opened, all 160 tiles must be returned in the tile bag provided. If the set is complete but no longer sealed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
Exchanges
At this time we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@allthatmahj.com with your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you. Returns that do not meet the policy guidelines may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 2 business days and credited to the original form of payment.
